Muay Thai training here at The Academy starts with a consultation with Professor Diamond about a healthy diet, strength and cardiovascular training outside of The Academy. A good diet and a regular strength, running, cycling, rowing, swimming, and sprint training routine are encouraged outside of class times. This will get our members the best results from their Martial Arts experience here. 

Muay Thai class starts with jumping rope, stretching, shadow boxing, calisthenics, bag work, padwork, and basic fundamental techniques. Muay Thai partner drills (offensive and defensive) on various related topis are covered in class.
