4 week get fit challenge

This 'Get Fit Challenge' is a 6 week course that meets for 3 one hour workouts a week. This course is designed to kick start you on your way to a healthy and fit lifestyle. The Paleo Meal Plan is explained in detail and followed in this challenge.

We provide you with 6 weeks of grocery lists, daily meal plans, and recipes for the entire 6 weeks. The Get Fit Challenge consists of bootcamp workouts, heavy cardio, and bag work to help you be the best you can be! Participants measurements like weight, body fat percentage, and body mass index (BMI) are taken before and after to help measure your success!
