Monday thru Thursday

• Children 4:30-5:30 pm
• Striking 5:30-6:30 pm
• Gracie Jiu-jitsu 6:30-7:30 pm
• Commando Krav Maga 7:30-8:30 pm
• Muay Thai Kickboxing (Instructors only) 7:30-8:30 pm
• Saturday Open Mat 11 am-1 pm
