I am proud to announce my promotion to 4 th degree Black Belt in Gracie Brazilian Jitsu. I have trained steadily in Gracie Jiu-jitsu for 30 years. Ever since my first class with Rickson Gracie in 1990, I have kept it up receiving my Blue, Purple, and Brown Belts directly from Rickson. I was promoted to Black Belt in 2005. Then 2 nd, 3rd, and now 4th degree Black Belt by one of Rickson Gracie’s top Black Belts - Luiz Palhares. Gracie Jiu-jitsu is very effective and promotes a strong and healthy lifestyle and keeps you in excellent shape.
